A supervisor has requested a personnel assessment due to the unit's changing functionality.
The task was to determine whether the current competencies of employees are suitable for high-quality fulfillment of new tasks and achieving KPIs.
A reference profile of the position was developed with a description of the new functionality and related competencies. The assessment allowed us to identify the strengths and growth areas of the team.
As a result, a training plan for the unit was formed, and employees received personal reports with recommendations for further development. More than 15 employees participated in the assessment.
