Mini-MBA program for managers of linear and middle management "Development of Managerial Competencies"

The program's goal is to develop knowledge and skills of middle managers in applying modern management approaches necessary for successful implementation of FESCO's strategy in the conditions of transformation of the Russian economy, sanctions regime and rapid business growth.

*Students who successfully complete the corporate program will be able to enroll in the in-person program of RANEPA Institute of Business and Business Administration (IBDA) and receive an MBA diploma from the Presidential Academy and a personal AMBA certificate.

PROGRAM

Project track

Work with a moderator, independently and in mini-groups on a real business project of changes during the entire training period

In-person modules Moscow-Vladivostok-Moscow

Practical classes with teachers, presentations by invited experts and top managers of FESCO

Remote modules

Completion of assignments for each discipline, completion of e-courses with final assignments, online classes with professors (taking into account time zones).

The project work on the program is aimed at improving the real business processes of the participants in the training.

Higher education
At least 2 years of experience in the company in a managerial position at the main place of work
No reprimands, demerits or penalties
Willingness to implement change projects in the company
