The vacancy of the deputy head of the department was not closed for a long time, as there were no suitable candidates on the labor market. The head decided to see which of his/her subordinates has the potential for promotion.
The task was solved by several questionnaires that allowed us to understand the motivation of employees, identify personal competencies and determine the availability of abilities for systems thinking and the ability to work with information.
Employees with high potential were identified, individual development plans were developed, and training at the FESCO Academy was offered.
