The evaluation report showed which team roles (according to R.M. Belbin) are the most typical for participants, what opportunities and risks are associated with these roles at various stages of the project.
For example:
- "Coordinators" and "Motivators" will be the most successful for starting, defining work goals and setting tasks.
- "Resource Researchers" and "Team Soul" are more suitable for interacting with other teams and agreeing on plans
- but it is better to involve "Finishers" to complete the work, implement ideas and achieve the final result and "Implementers".
