Thanks to colleagues from FESCO Academy for their help in organizing training eventsfor employees of FESCO's foreign assets. In particular, colleagues from Kazakhstan were trained in Feedback, Time management, and SPIN sales. Everything was organizedat a high quality level. Colleagues noted the informative and practical benefits of the acquired knowledge, as well as support and feedback from the coach after graduation. Similar events are also planned for colleagues from Uzbekistan and Belarus. The Academy is also implementing a project to develop and strengthen the competencies of sales staff in China, Korea, and Japan.

Our interaction with the FESCO Academy took place within the framework of the preparation and holding of a business session on the project of implementing the FMS IT system, which is key for the Group. Together with our colleagues, we managed to develop and successfully put into practice new interesting approaches to organizing a discussion for a large audience (about 100 people) in the shortest possible time, thanks to which the Session was interesting, active and very productive. Answers to key questions were found, important decisions for the Project were recorded, and an action plan for their implementation was formulated.
